Chicago — Early Thursday morning, police responded to a shooting in the 79th and Maryland area on the city’s South Side.
According to preliminary reports, a 21-year-old man was shot around 7:23 a.m. He suffered a graze wound to the arm and was transported to a local hospital, where he is listed in fair condition.
